I agree to have access based on the subscription plan I have purchased. I agree that it is my responsibility to log in and if I do not utilize my access, I will request no extension or refund.
Once the subscription plan is over, my login access will be automatically terminated.

All certifications will be issued after successful completion of the exams as per the exam protocols, and must be completed within 1 year of purchase. After 1 year, separate arrangements must be done.
All cancellation requests for hands-on training registrations, submitted with less than 30 Days’ Notice: (If you cancel or change your decision within 30 days or less before the event date) no refunds will be issued. However, the full payment may be applied as a credit toward a future hands-on training, transferable to an agreed new participant, or converted into access to pre-recorded classes and/or products, tools, and merchandise.
All Cancellations with 30 Days’ Notice or More: (For cancellations made at least 30 days before the event date, 25% of the total payment will be deducted as a cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded. 14 days after the paid training date has passed. Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice are non-refundable.
By purchasing a product during the presale period, I acknowledge and agree to wait until the official product launch for the item to be released and prepared for delivery. I understand and accept that no refunds and no new products will be provided in the event of a delay, and I waive any right to request a refund for such delays.
If the materials included in the package fail to arrive due to an incorrect address, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer, or the unavailability of the recipient to receive the delivery, Kris McDred will not be held liable, and no refunds will be issued.
